Lee started out selling PCs when he was just 16. The secret to his success is never resting on his laurels; always learning and always evolving. His pride in Clearsky IT shows in every part of the business, he’s the top of the tree but he’s always eager to give our clients the attention they need.

Cyber security, backup and disaster recovery are Lee’s specialist subjects.

Jason

Head technician

Like most of the team, Jason eats, breathes and sleeps all things computer-related. You might find him solving problems at the helpdesk, planning projects with clients, or on the road installing on-site. Some say that what Jason doesn’t know about IT isn’t worth knowing!

Christy IT technician

Computer Technician

Christy is the most southern member of our team, based in Dorset. Our customers love his helpful and easy-going nature on the helpdesk, where even the most challenging ticket doesn’t stand a chance against him! Microsoft 365 suite, Sage accounting software and backup are Christy’s specialist subjects.

Computer Technician

Christopher quietly toils away solving client tickets and supporting our helpdesk. He’s another avid learner with a thirst for knowledge, which is one of the reasons he fits so well in our team. Common problems are rapidly solved and novel tech issues are no match for him! Cyber security is Christopher’s specialist subject.

Apprentice Technician

The newest member of the Clearsky team is our apprentice, Conrad. We’re all computer nerds and Conrad’s not just teabrewer-in-chief, his passion is problem solving and racing the clock to close his tickets! His sense of healthy competition ensures our clients get the best, fastest service around. Conrad’s training to become a Microsoft 365 specialist, so ask him his top tips for making the most of your 365 for Business licence.

Barkerting Executive

You may think that Lee’s the boss but that’s not true. Trixie calls the shots round here, happily receiving payment for her services in treats and tummy rubs. Yeah, Trixie doesn’t really pull her weight on the helpdesk but she makes up for it in team morale!
