Microsoft 365 Apps you didn't know about

Sway

If Powerpoint and Canva had a baby, this would be the result. In Sway you can create beautiful but professional looking documents that you can share with your clients. You are able to take content from online sources, changing aspects and having an end result that is both professional and stylish.

To Do

Who doesn’t love a good to do list? Well this one is pretty fancy and will have your workforce organised in no time at all. Not only can you put your tasks into a list you can also track progress and prioritise your lists too.

You can share the lists with anyone you need to and give people a nudge if something hasn’t been completed.

This is also great, much like the other apps, as it works well and integrates well with the other apps within Microsoft 365 as well as being available on your phone too. Great for those on the go moments you think of tasks that need to be completed.
