If you’ve created a brand look on Microsoft Word and want to be able to replicate it throughout multiple documents, use styles to create your own text formats.
How to create text formats
Once you’re happy with your text style, highlight the bit that you want to save and find the ‘Styles’ section in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
Next click the drop down arrow in the right hand corner of the section. This will expand the styles section and allow you to ‘create a style’.
Give your style a name and click ‘OK’. Repeat for any further styles that you want to access quickly.
Now when you create a new document, you have all your styles at your fingertips saved in the styles section.
