"I’ve been using Clearsky I.T. for our support for more years than I can remember. I do remember that I was fed up with the exacting terms and conditions put in previous contracts and that Clearsky I.T. were a welcome change in being far more flexible. We were able to design an annual agreement that suited us rather than accept an industry standard agreement. Over the years we’ve altered this to suit ourselves as the company has changed and grown and they have always accommodated our requests. They went, (and still do), beyond our expectations. Being a small company, they can react far more quickly to emergencies which we recently needed after a major failure. They were onsite in around 30 minutes and fixed the issue within a couple of hours. Very impressive! If you’re looking for IT support, I have no hesitation in recommending them.
